(There’s some weird bug that makes this show up as 15 miles, instead of 1.5)
I did it. 2 miles actually. Took it easy and concentrated on running on the balls of my feet instead of heel-toe.
I actually would have gone for 3 miles, but my right knee started feeling a little funny. It didn’t hurt, but it sure felt strange.
