LLCs, etc. I have to dissolve my old business, Hexahex LLC. A real pain in the ass if you ask me. It was my first business so I learned many things the hard way.
Most of the forms you will ever need are at the California Business Portal's Forms, Samples, and Fee website.
Do yourself a favor and list your parent's address as the Registered Agent. You'll thank me later.
